Music of the Day: Office Culture - Open Up Your Fist

Winston Cook-Wilson had a dream about a pelican. It was on the cover of a CD called 'Enough,' the fourth album by his art-pop band Office Culture, a record that did not yet exist in waking life. He set about making it real. He’d been thinking about the ‘90s: how underground genres like rap, industrial, and rave hybridized with the mainstream, and how artists used the CD’s full runtime to create expansive statements with intoxicating effects.
