Music of the Day: Alffa - Pwythau

Alffa is a blues rock duo from Llanrug, North Wales, formed in 2015. The band consists of Dion Wyn Jones (vocals, guitar) and Sion Eifion Land (drums). They gained significant recognition in 2018 when their single "Gwenwyn" became the first Welsh-language song to surpass one million streams on Spotify. Their single "Pwythau", released in May 2024, marks a powerful return to the music scene after a hiatus since June 2023.
