Sleeping Together is a young indie rock/pop band based in the North-West of the UK. They formed after the singer, Alex, posted an ad on a "Join My Band" website. The band members include Alexander Lloyd-Jones (Vocalist), Jason Javier Dominguez (Drums), Ryan (Bass), and Mike Corry (Lead Guitar). Their music is influenced by bands like Arctic Monkeys, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Blossoms, The Killers, Linkin Park, and Dire Straits. They aim to bring "big beats, catchy riffs and good vibes back to the Indie scene."

Their song "The Essentials" was released as a single on February 21, 2025. It's described as an infectious indie track that captures the feeling of a messy night out – the liberty, impulsive decisions, and drink-fuelled moments. The music features low-slung guitars, shimmering riffs, pummelling beats, and anthemic vocals, creating a sound that feels both reminiscent of noughties indie music (like Bloc Party or The Strokes) but also modern and forward-thinking. The song was produced by Andrea Cozzaglio.
