heavyskint is comprised of singer Jacob Hunter and multi-instrumentalists Rory McGuire and Jamie Kelly. The band formed out of Glasgow's burgeoning music scene, where each member has honed their craft. Despite having played on the same bills for years in different groups; Hunter, McGuire and Kelly only began writing together in the summer of 2024. In doing so, it quickly became clear to them that heavyskint was different to anything they had done before.Completely self-produced, heavyskint seek to control their own narrative and explore all genres within their already vast catalogue.
