Formed in late 2023, About Yesterday may be a relatively new name on the scene, but the band’s members have been honing their craft together since they were 11 years old, previously playing in the band ‘Detour’. With over 8 years of musical collaboration, About Yesterday brings a deep-rooted chemistry and an effortlessly smooth energy to their indie and alternative rock sound.

About Yesterday is made up of WAM awarding musicians, fronted by the multi-talented Annalise Feilding on vocals and bass, the band is rounded out by Jonah Widdis (rhythm guitar), Brady Jansen (lead guitar), and Sebastian Smith (drums).In their first year together, About Yesterday has already made waves in the Australian music scene, sharing the stage with bands like Sly Withers, Homebrand, Artfool, and Increment. Their live shows have been praised for their raw energy, high skill levels, and a songwriting style that resonates with both the head and the heart.
