Carlos has taken some time off work due to the pandemic months after the death of his daughter and subsequent divorce. He leaves Madrid to spend the summer in Ibiza with his school friend, Julio, who after his brother's suicide 7 years ago abandoned his career as a doctor to dedicate himself to a simple life on the island. Alba has lost her father in a nursing home due to the virus and needs a change of scenery. She decides to travel to Ibiza from Barcelona to spend the summer with her friend Natalia and consider moving permanently. Carlos and Julio meet Alba independently.
