In 1994, a female college student, Chi-wei, joins a strike to fight for freedom of expression. During the protest, Chi-wei is slowly attracted to Ching, whose boyfriend, Kuang, is the leader of the student strike. As passionate protest enflames personal desires, the chemistry between Chi-wei and Ching gradually becomes vivid. Both the strike and their triangle relationship go wild. Eventually, Chi-wei realizes that her desires and emotions are as unconstrained as their creative freedom.
